Founder & Managing Partner

Ghassan Chkaiban has spent 27 years helping enterprises get value from data and digital platforms, including around 25 years on the Salesforce platform. Before Ned Knight, Ghassan founded Changi Consulting, a Platinum Salesforce partner serving clients across EMEA, grew it to 50 people and led its acquisition by Publicis Sapient.

That experience of building a partner-led consultancy, implementing enterprise platforms at scale and working inside regulated organizations is the foundation of Ned Knight’s approach: governance that is practical, integrated with the systems businesses actually run, and built to last.
